Tell and Save

You already know these two from Your Way Out. After something happens, they still work the same way.

Tell: Bring in a safe person. If the first person doesn't help, tell someone else. You don't need to tell the whole story at once.

Save: If you can do it safely, keep useful information — usernames, surrounding messages, dates, threats, requests. Don't stay in contact to get more. Never forward or copy intimate images. A safe adult can help you decide what to keep.
