Show Someone
A pattern is easier to see with more than one set of eyes. You could say: "Can I tell you what keeps happening? I want to know what you see."
The person listening doesn't have to decide anything. They just add another view.
If the first person says you're overreacting, that's one opinion — not the final word. Try another door.
A friend can listen and help you tell someone. For anything serious, bring in a safe adult or professional support too.
