More than one door
You built a Safe Circle in The Way Back. Let's make it stronger.
A good circle has more than one person, and at least one outside your home if you can. That way, if one person can't help, you still have somewhere to go.
Friends can be part of your circle. A friend can listen, stay with you, or help you tell someone. But if something serious is happening, like threats, abuse or being pressured sexually, make sure a safe adult or professional is part of it too.
This isn't saved anywhere. When you leave, it's gone.

Just a first name, nickname, or initials is enough.
If it feels safe to write this down, you can use first names or initials on paper. If writing it down could create a problem for you, don't. You do not need to keep a copy.
