Your Way Out

Call

Iris, your guide

Calling means bringing in help. It doesn't have to be a phone call.

It can be:

  • calling or texting someone
  • using a chat service
  • telling a safe adult
  • asking staff or security where you are
  • contacting a support service
  • getting emergency help
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, get emergency help right away.

You don't need to be sure it's "serious enough." If you're worried, that's reason enough to reach out.

Need Help? always shows ways to reach support.
