Your Way Out

Not Alone

Iris, your guide

Some things are too big to handle by yourself — and you're not supposed to.

Please don't:

  • investigate on your own
  • confront someone who might hurt you
  • try to rescue someone by yourself
  • go back alone to get your things
  • return to a place that felt unsafe, alone

Bring someone in. That's not weakness. That's how people get through hard things.

You now have six ways out:

You don't have to remember them in order. Use whichever one fits. Use more than one. Or just open Need Help?

Three things to carry with you:

  • You don't need proof before taking a step to protect yourself.
  • You don't need to understand everything before telling someone.
  • You don't have to handle serious danger alone.

Which door feels easiest for you right now?

Tap one or none. Nothing is saved.

Every door should lead somewhere. Next, we'll look at what happens after you get through it: The Way Back.
